Cheesecake Class Details

Create a delicious cheesecake at the Akard location while having fun with Val. You will learn the tried-and-true techniques for baking the best cheesecake according to Marie Jose Labossiere (Val's Mom ) and Val. Val will walk you through crafting the perfect cheesecake while sharing with you the reasons behind each step and sharing some of his cheesecake life lessons. 

What To Expect: fun and hands-on techniques you will keep for life!

·        Upon purchasing your ticket, Val will coordinate with you to make sure all of your questions are answered

·        Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours at our Akard location

·        You will work with other students in groups of 2 or 3

·        Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students to 18 students

·        Val’s Sangria, snacks, and a mini 7-inch cheesecake for each individual

·        You will be standing, baking and working for most of the class

·        Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back

·        Minimum Age: 12

Val's Cheesecakes recipes are developed using common baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits, nuts, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with Val before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
